As we get older it becomes apparent that sometimes we just need an extra hand to get us through the days. Skipping meals because we’re too busy with household duties or at work trying to met deadlines. While we all know that skipping meals has a complete negative effect on our bodies and mental state, we all do it. Sometimes we just need a little help to ensure we get nutrients that we’re depriving ourselves of and Immortal Herbs Total Nutrition does just that.

Who is Immortal Herbs?

The Ingredients included: {It’s a LOT but oh my does our bodies need it!!}

Barley Grass, Wheat Grass, Spirulina, Spinach, Alfalfa Leaf, Kelp, Dulse Leaf, Barley Grass Juice, Orange Peel, Beet Root, Dandelion Leaf, Lemon Peel, Gingko Leaf, Wheat Grass Juice, Maca Root, Cacao, Ashwagandha, Sacha Inchi, Manuka Honey, Bee Pollen, Reishi Mushroom, Blueberry, Black Currant, Wild Bilberry, Wild Lingonberry, Aronia, Pomegranate, Concord Grape, Red Raspberry, Sour Cherry, Wild Elderberry, Wild Cranberry, Black Raspberry, Goji Berries, and Schizandra Berries.

How did I eat them?

I’m not much of a tea fan. When I’m sick is the only time I’ll drink any form of it and it’s usually with a huge fuss complete with gagging noises and funky faces. Yes I’m 33, a mom, a wife, a business professional and I still act like I’m 2 when it comes to tea or medicine. Instead I tossed my Total Nutrition by Immortal Herbs in with my protein shake for breakfast. I was so hungry by the time I got back to making it after the baby woke up I downed my drink before I remembered to snap a picture. I will say that the herbs turned my normal brown colored protein shake to green. That completely took me for a loop for some reason. But it was still tasty has heck and I didn’t notice any odd taste to it.
